Main duties：

Qingdao Center for Business and Commerce (Russia) is mainly for the SCO-related countries, CIS countries, some Eastern European and some Asian countries. The main tasks include: to accelerate the construction of China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization local economic and trade cooperation demonstration zone, and promote the expansion of two-way investment and trade cooperation with SCO countries. Carry out cross-border park cooperation and enhance the level of capacity cooperation and economic development potential of the park in both sides. Provide services for enterprises of Qingdao and the above-mentioned countries to "going global" and "bringing in". Provide services and support for Qingdao enterprises to "going global", such as policy consultation, provide information on investment and mergers and acquisitions, search for business partners, and enter the local market. Provide consultation and services on city development, investment environment, economic and trade policies for local enterprises to come to Qinghai. Vigorously introduce outstanding overseas talents. Fully utilize the function of Qingdao Business Center in Russia as a station to communicate with international talents and introduce overseas talents, and provide services for introducing local talents to work in the city, so as to achieve a new breakthrough in attracting intelligence.
